I have no idea. The problem you have is that any neutral judicial proceedings would not look on 'evidence' pulled together by highly partisan meatheads who have been driven by blatant political animus towards the subject, ever since the subject of their 'investigation' came to political prominence, as any sort of evidence that was even admissible.
